Zoom SGH-6 Shotgun Microphone Capsule

The Zoom SGH-6 is a professional-quality hyperdirectional shotgun microphone capsule designed for portable audio recording. Featuring three internal microphones with advanced digital signal processing, it achieves a frequency-independent super-cardioid polar pattern that delivers the pickup power of a conventional shotgun microphone in a unit only half the size. The SGH-6 is compatible with Zoom H5, H6, H8, Q8, U-44, and various F-series field recorders. Perfect for film production, video work, live theatre, electronic news gathering, and professional dialogue recording, it captures tight, directional audio from a distance without requiring an obtrusive microphone in the scene. The capsule includes a hairy windscreen for wind noise and vocal plosive protection.
