The Osmo 360 camera features a special square HDR image sensor, designed specifically for capturing 360-degree images. This unique sensor covers the same 360-degree view as a standard 1-inch sensor but uses 25% more of the sensor’s surface. This means you get excellent image quality and the camera uses less power, all packed into a small and light design.

It’s DJI’s first camera that can record 8K resolution 360-degree video at 30 frames per second (fps). It features large 2.4m pixels and an impressive 13.5 stops of dynamic range, which enables it to capture sharp, colourful video even in challenging lighting conditions, such as bright city nights or during sunrises and sunsets. The Osmo 360 can also support ultra-high-quality 8K 360-degree video at 50fps, setting a new benchmark for 360-degree cameras.

Osmo 360: A Videographer’s Dream

The Osmo 360 is built for incredible video, letting you capture every moment in stunning detail. It records 4K 360-degree video at a super-smooth 100 frames per second (fps), allowing for up to 4x slow motion to extend those unforgettable scenes. Every video format supports 10-bit colour, capturing over a billion vibrant colours for incredibly lifelike footage. For even more control in editing, you can switch to D-Log M mode to preserve extra detail in both bright and dark areas. Even in challenging lighting conditions, this camera excels thanks to its unique square sensor and a large f/1.9 aperture that lets in more light. For truly impressive nighttime shots, activate SuperNight mode to reveal every nuance.

It’s good for photos too!

The Osmo 360 is also a powerhouse for photos, letting you freeze the world in stunning 360-degree detail with a single press. It captures incredibly clear 120-megapixel (16K) 360-degree photos, revealing razor-sharp detail and a massive field of view that pulls you right into every shot. Additionally, when you use an invisible selfie stick, it seamlessly disappears from your 360-degree videos without any editing, making it appear as if you have a cameraman. And with Selfie Mode, you can export wide-angle videos with that invisible selfie stick effect in various resolutions like 4K/60fps, 3K/120fps, or even 2K/240fps for super-smooth or impressive slow-motion selfies.

Single-Lens Mode: Versatility for Every Shot

The Osmo 360 isn’t just for immersive 360-degree video; it also transforms into a powerful, ultra-wide-angle first-person action camera with a quick switch. In single-lens mode, you can record crisp 5K60fps flat videos with a wide 155-degree view, or activate Boost Video mode for an even broader 170-degree field of view and smooth 4K120fps footage, setting a new standard for single-lens performance. This makes it an ideal companion for vlogging too, allowing you to effortlessly switch between the front and rear lenses without stopping your recording. This means you can capture every angle on the fly, maintaining your creative flow and ensuring your vlogging moments come together seamlessly in a single take.
