Tamron TAP-in Console – Nikon

Take full control of your Tamron lenses with the TAP-in Console for Nikon. This compact interface connects select Tamron lenses to your Mac or PC, unlocking a suite of customisation options that go well beyond what your camera body alone can offer.

Keep your glass up to date by downloading the latest firmware directly through the free TAP-in Utility Software. But firmware updates are just the beginning — the real power lies in the detailed autofocus adjustments you can make.

Fine-tune autofocus performance across multiple distances. Correct back-focus issues by adjusting the autofocus point separately for close, mid-range and distant subjects. With zoom lenses, customise settings for up to eight different focal lengths, giving you a total of 24 distinct autofocus regions to dial in.

Customise your lens behaviour. Set focus limits on compatible lenses to restrict autofocus range, adjust vibration control priority to suit your shooting style, and configure manual focus override sensitivity for faster or more precise focusing when you need it.

Compatible with a wide range of modern Tamron SP and Di II lenses including the SP 70-200mm f/2.8, SP 90mm f/2.8 Macro, SP 150-600mm, and more. USB bus-powered with no external power supply needed — just plug in via the included USB cable and start optimising your lenses today.
