The SmallRig Aluminum Alloy Monopod with Fluid Head is a professional video monopod with a fluid head, made for shooters who want smooth pans and quick set-ups without carrying a full tripod. Its aluminium alloy legs keep it light at about 1.7 kg while still supporting up to 8 kg.

Four leg sections with lever locks extend to a working height of 183 cm, then fold back down to 71 cm for carrying. The compact fluid head uses a damping system for smooth panning, and its preset counterbalance helps you control cameras and rigs up to 4 kg precisely, with a head payload of 6 kg.

Twist the base locking knob to switch between 360 panning and a fixed position. The snap-on quick release mount is quicker than a traditional slide-on design and accepts DJI RS series and 501PL quick release plates, so you can move your camera between gimbal and monopod without swapping plates.
