Profoto OCF Zoom Reflector

The Essential Light Multiplier for Location Shooters

When you are shooting outdoors and need to overpower harsh, high-noon sunlight with a portable strobe like a Profoto B10 or B1X, raw power is everything. The Profoto OCF Zoom Reflector is an ultra-compact, highly efficient hard-light modifier designed to maximize the output of your off-camera flash.

By catching and focusing the light spilling from the sides of the flash tube, this reflector acts like a megaphone for your strobe, adding up to 1.2 stops of effective light output. It delivers a crisp, punchy, and contrasty beam that is absolutely perfect for dramatic athletic portraits, edgy fashion shoots, or throwing light across long distances when you cannot place your light stand close to your subject.

Why You’ll Love This Modifier

• Massive Power Boost: It effectively doubles your light output (up to a 1.2-stop increase). This means your 250Ws B10 can suddenly punch with the effective brightness of a much larger, heavier 500Ws strobe, saving battery life and recycling faster.

• Adjustable Beam Spread: True to the “Zoom” name, you can adjust the light spread simply by sliding the reflector forward or backward on the flash head. Pushed all the way back, it delivers a wide 85 beam; pulled forward, it tightly focuses the light into a concentrated 55 beam.

• Ultra-Portable Design: Traditional studio reflectors are bulky and difficult to pack. The OCF Zoom Reflector is specifically designed for location work, weighing just under 7 ounces and taking up barely any room in a standard camera backpack or lighting case.

• Integrated Rubber Collar: It uses Profotos classic rubber clasp design, allowing you to mount it instantly and securely to the flash head without twisting, locking rings, or dealing with fragile speedrings.
